Facebook-centric INQ Cloud Touch available in the UK
Today, just as expected, the INQ Cloud Touch – one of the world’s first Android Facebook phones – has been launched in the UK.
The Cloud Touch, which runs Android 2.2 Froyo and features a 3.5 inch HVGA touchscreen display, costs £299.95 SIM-free, and can be bought from The Carphone House. You can also get the handset for free on contract, on plans starting at £18 per month (on Vodafone, O2, Three, or Talk Mobile).
For the moment, the Cloud Touch is available only in silver and red (although a black version should exist, too).
HTC will also launch Facebook-centric Android handsets in the UK (the HTC Salsa and HTC ChaCha) – it should happen sometime later this quarter.
