HTC Sensation priced in Germany: €599
Excepted to be released in the UK on May 19 (only by Vodafone for the beginning), the HTC Sensation will definitely not be cheap.
Sure, you’ll be able to get it from Vodafone for free on contract (on €35 plans), but the off-contract price will be pretty high.
Amazon Germany currently asks €599 for the Sensation – that’s about $855, and is higher than the price the retailer is asking for the Samsung Galaxy S II (€549).
Unfortunately, Amazon doesn’t say when it will release the Sensation.
Like the Samsung Galaxy S II, the HTC Sensation will be one of the hottest Android 2.3 handsets this year. It comes with a 4.3 inch qHD (960 x 540) display, HTC Sense 3.0, 768 MB RAM, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and an 8MP camera with 1080p video recording.
In case you’re wondering, Amazon US and Amazon UK don’t have the Sensation on their websites yet.
