New Asus tablet (with Android?) teased on Facebook
Asus is getting ready to announce a brand new tablet next week, during Computex 2011 (May 31 – June 4).
The company hasn’t provided too many details about the tablet, but its official Facebook page informs us that the device could be seen as both a pad and a phone. This might mean it doesn’t have a large display (probably not lager than 7 inches, but that’s just my guess).
The new tablet’s OS is unknown, but it will probably be Android – Asus has already launched a successful Android tablet, namely the Eee Pad Transformer.
From the (incomplete) images shown off by Asus, we can see that the new device has quite a thin design, a camera, and an interesting bump on the back. Maybe this is the rumored quad-core 3D tablet? Nah, don’t think so. Let’s wait and see, though.
