HTC Wildfire S to cost $249 at Bell Canada. Virgin Mobile will launch it, too
About one month ago, we told you that Bell would launch the HTC Wildfire S in Canada sometime in June, and it looks like we were right.
According to Baka Wireless (a Bell authorized dealer), the new Android 2.3 Gingerbread handset could hit the shelves starting the very first day of June.
Bell’s Wildfire S should cost $249.95 outright, meaning it may be offered for free with a new 3-yr contract agreement.
MobileSyrup has it that Virgin Mobile will also sell the HTC Wildfire S in Canada. But that shouldn’t be a surprise, since Virgin is a subsidiary of Bell.
