AT&T Motorola Atrix 4G now just $99.99 with new two-year contract
It seems like with each day that goes by we report on more and more price cuts and generally great deals on smartphones. And that can only be a good thing for you, the consumer. If you don’t jump and buy something the second it becomes available, you’ll probably find a few good options of getting it cheaper than the original ‘list price’ in a few weeks (sometimes even from launch, if you’re okay with buying your stuff from third party retailers such as Amazon and not direct from carriers).
Here we have another case of the above. AT&T now sells the Motorola Atrix 4G for only $99.99 with a new two-year contract. That’s half the price the carrier was asking when the device launched in March. We’ve seen some nice price cuts for this handset in the meantime, but this is the first time that AT&T itself has changed the price. So this is especially for those of you who prefer buying phones from carriers.
The laptop dock for the Atrix is also cheaper now at $299 (as opposed to $499), so perhaps you should consider getting it as well. Even if you’re just after the phone, head on over to AT&T now and place your order.
The Motorola Atrix 4G has a 4-inch qHD (960×540) capacitive touchscreen, a dual-core 1 GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 16 GB of internal storage space further expandable via microSD, a 5 MP autofocus camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a massive 1930 mAh battery. The Atrix 4G runs Android 2.2 Froyo with Motoblur.
