HTC 7 Pro with Windows Phone released by US Cellular
Not long ago, we told you that US Cellular planned to introduce an HTC Windows Phone 7 handset – and, well, today it just did it. The handset is the HTC 7 Pro, which is also offered by Sprint under the name of HTC Arrive.
US Cellular’s HTC 7 Pro is available as of now for $199.99 on contract (after a $100 mail-in rebate).
Customers can buy it online via US Cellular’s official website.
The smartphone features a 3.6 inch WVGA display, full QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS, Xbox LIVE integration, access to Zune and NetFlix, stereo Bluetooth, 3.5mm headset jack, 5MP autofocus camera, 1GHz single-core processor, and 16GB of on-board storage space.
Like all the other HTC WP7 devices, the 7 Pro will be upgraded to Windows Phone Mango when this becomes available.
If Windows Phone ain’t your thing, US Cellular will soon launch new Android smartphones, too – including the HTC Desire S II and HTC Wildfire S.
