HTC Sensation and Samsung Galaxy S II to be launched next month by Telstra
Already released in Europe, the US (via T-Mobile) and India, the HTC Sensation will be available in Australia, too, pretty soon.
Ausdroid has it that Telstra, the largest Australian mobile carrier, has confirmed the launch of the Sensation, and customers should expect to see it in stores starting July.
The Sensation is one of the best Android smartphones on the market right now, running Android 2.3 Gingerbread and featuring a 4.3 inch qHD (960 x 540) S-LCD display, dual-core 1.2GHz CPU, 8MP camera, and 1080p video recording.
Another handset that’s coming to Telstra and is certainly included in the “one of the best Android smartphones on the market” category is the Samsung Galaxy S II.
Reportedly, the S II will also be released next month by the Australian carrier, possibly on July 16. like the Sensation, the new Galaxy runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread and features a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8MP camera, and 1080p video recording. Its 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Plus display only has 800 x 480 pixels.
