AT&T’s LG Thrill 4G and HTC Status could be launched this month. BlackBerry Torch 4G coming in August?
The LG Thrill 4G and the HTC Status have been recently announced by AT&T, and yet we don’t know when exactly they will be available, since the carrier has failed to provide details on their launch dates.
Well, if the leaked image seen below is to be believed, both the Thrill 4G and the Status should hit the shelves before the end of July, for prices that are not known at the moment.
Moving on, have you ever heard of the BlackBerry Torch 4G? Most likely not. Neither did we, but that doesn’t mean it can’t arrive at AT&T in August, as the same leaked image suggests. The Torch 4G is probably AT&T’s version of the Torch 2 seen not long ago, although we can’t confirm this at the moment.
AT&T also seems to be readying the launch of Pantech Pursuit II and Pantech Breeze III, which will come to replace the current Pursuit and Breeze II models.
Back to the handsets that are supposed to be released this month: the Thrill 4G – pictured above – is AT&T’s own LG Optimus 3D (Android 2.2, 4.3 inch WVGA 3D screen, dual-core processor, 3D video recording), while the Status is nothing more than the HTC ChaCha (Android 2.3, full QWERTY keyboard, and dedicated Facebook button).
