Canada: LG Rumour Plus will be available today at Virgin Mobile
After having become available at Bell, the LG Rumour Plus is going on sale at Virgin Mobile Canada today. This is a featurephone which has a full physical side-sliding 4-line QWERTY keyboard, which is also probably going to be its main selling point. For those into texting and for whom smartphones are just too much of a hassle, the LG Rumour Plus may serve well.
The Rumour Plus has a 2.4″ 240×320 display, a 2-megapixel camera with video recording capabilities, GPS, music player, and a microSD card slot. It weighs 119 grams.
You’ll be able to get the LG Rumour Plus from Virgin Mobile for free if you go with a new three-year contract or the SuperTab. Otherwise, the phone can be yours for $99.99 on Prepaid, or $129.99 outright.
LG Rumour Plus stock has started arriving at Virgin retail locations, but you should probably call ahead and check if your nearest location already has one for you. That is, of course, should you choose to get a Rumour Plus.
