Huawei’s Vision and Blaze will be exclusive to Phones4U in the UK when they launch in Q4
Huawei is getting ready to launch its first own-brand Android-powered smartphones in the UK. The upper-midrange Huawei Vision will come in a unibody metal case, and the Blaze will be a lower-midrange offering for the masses.
Both phones were previously expected to start selling in September, yet today we hear that they will be launched sometime during the fourth quarter of this year (so not earlier than October, unfortunately). The devices should both be very attractively priced, and they will be sold in the UK exclusively by Phones4U, a very well known mobile phone retailer.
As of now there are no details about a more accurate release date or any pricing information whatsoever, but we’ll keep you posted. What you see above is the Huawei Vision, which will have a 3.7-inch touchscreen, a 1 GHz processor, a 5 MP camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and HSDPA. It will come with a neat 3D carousel UI and will run Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
The Huawei Blaze (seen in the image above) will have an 800 MHz processor, a 3.2-inch touchscreen, a 3.2 MP camera, a secondary front-facing camera for video calls, and 512 MB of internal storage space. It also runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
