7-inch Acer Iconia Tab A100 now available in the UK for £259
After having been delayed for a few months, the Acer Iconia Tab A100 is now finally available in the UK. This is Acer’s 7-inch Android tablet, which joins the 10-inch A500 and A501 in the Taiwanese company’s portfolio.
The Iconia Tab A100 is one of few 7-inch tablets to run Android Honeycomb. It’s also got better than average specs, at least for this screen size. The Iconia Tab A100 has a dual-core 1 GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, a 7-inch 1024×600 touchscreen, 8 GB of built-in storage, 512 MB of RAM, microSD card support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a 5 MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash, and a secondary front-facing 2 MP camera.
UK online retailer Pixmania now claims to have the Iconia Tab A100 in stock. The price being asked is £259, VAT included. Shipping fees start at £9.7, including VAT. If you’re interested, head on over to Pixmania now and place your order.
