AT&T intros three Windows Phone Mango handsets: HTC Titan, Samsung Focus S and Focus Flash

The same day it announced the launch date of its Acer Iconia Tab 501 Android tablet, AT&T has also unveiled something big for Windows Phone lovers: it will sell three different handsets that run the new Windows Phone Mango OS – Samsung Focus S, Samsung Focus Flash, and HTC Titan.

The Samsung Focus S will come with a 4.3 inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus display, 8MP rear camera, 1.3MP front-facing camera, 1.4GHz processor, and a 8.5mm thin case. AT&T didn’t provide images of the Focus S yet, but I’m quite sure this is the Galaxy S II-like Mango handset we’ve previously seen presented by Microsoft.

The Samsung Focus Flash features a 3.7 inch Super AMOLED display, 1.4 GHz processor, 5MP rear camera, and a front-facing camera. There are no images of this one, either.

As for the HTC Titan (pictured below), we all know it, since it’s been officially announced a couple of weeks ago.

The Titan is the biggest Windows Phone device ever, featuring a 4.7 inch display, 1.5GHz processor, 8MP camera, 5.1 surround sound, and 16GB of on-board memory.

All three new Mango handsets will be launched in the fourth quarter of the year – probably well after the Android Gingerbread-based Galaxy S II hits AT&T’s shelves.

AT&T also says that it “will be among the first carriers to start updating” existing Windows Phone devices to Mango. The updates will start rolling-out “this fall.”
