HTC Ruby with Android Gingerbread and qHD screen headed to Telus
The unannounced HTC Ruby (which might come to T-Mobile USA under the name of HTC Amaze 4G) will reportedly be launched in Canada by Telus.
According to Mobile Syrup, the Ruby will be exclusively available at Telus “within the next several weeks.”
Running Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread, the HTC Ruby is a high-end smartphone that features a 4.3 inch qHD (960 x 540) display, HSPA+, NFC, Wi-Fi, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera, and a 2MP front-facing camera.

The Ruby will likely become Telus’ first handset to sport a qHD screen (unless another device is released before it, but I doubt that). For the moment, there’s no word on how much Telus will ask for the Ruby, but we’ll let you know as soon as we find out.
