Canada: BlackBerry Bold 9900 now available at Mobilicity, comes with three months free BIS
After almost five months since its official introduction to the world, the BlackBerry Bold 9900 is now being sold by Mobilicity too. The smartphone that features the iconic BlackBerry form factor but has a touchscreen thrown in for good measure will probably be one of RIM’s most successful products of 2011, since it provides both the keyboard one expects from a BlackBerry as well as that touchscreen for an easier user experience.
Mobilicity is asking $549.99 for a BlackBerry Bold 9900, sans contract of course. And if you sign up for a $35 per month plan, Mobilicity will throw in three months of free BlackBerry data.
So if you’re interested, Mobilicity is happily waiting for you to place an order.
The BlackBerry Bold 9900 has a 2.8-inch 640×480 touchscreen, a full physical QWERTY keyboard underneath the screen, a 1.2 GHz processor, a 5 MP camera with LED flash and 720p HD video recording, 8 GB of built-in storage, microSD card support, 768 MB of RAM, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a 1230 mAh battery. It runs the new BlackBerry OS 7.
