About a month ago, we told you that Vodafone UK was going to launch the Samsung Galaxy Y S5360. This has happened today: the new smartphone is offered by Vodafone for free on monthly plans from £10.50.

Running Android Gingerbread, the Galaxy Y is a small entry-level handset that features a 3 inch QVGA display, TouchWiz UI, Wi-Fi, HSDPA, GPS, Bluetooth3.0, 3.5mm headset jack,2MP rear camera, 832MHz processor, and MicroSD card support (up to 32GB).

You can go here at Vodafone to see the new Galaxy.

The Samsung Galaxy Y will be launched by O2 UK, too, but it’s not exactly clear when this is going to happen.

This phone is good, i mean its best bet at $15/mo (approx. pounds). However, i would prefer an iphone because if you dont have an iphone then you dont have it, lol
