HTC Rhyme to become available in India soon
Released by Verizon in the US in September, and by O2 in the UK last month, the HTC Rhyme seems to be making its way to India as well.
According to AndroidOS.in, HTC should launch the Rhyme in India for about 24,800 INR ($506). There’s no word on when exactly this will happen, but it should be “soon”, possibly at the same time with the arrival of the HTC Sensation XE to India.
The HTC Rhyme is considered to be a smartphone mainly targeted at women (because it comes with several accessories like a “Charm” light indicator). It features Android 2.3 Gingerbread, Sense UI 3.5, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3.5mm headset jack, 768MB of RAM, 1GHz single-core processor, VGA front-facing camera, 5MP rear camera with 720p video recording, 4GB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support.
