Huawei MediaPad and Vision priced in the UK
Huawei has unveiled the launch dates and prices of its MediaPad tablet and Vision smartphone for the UK market.
The Huawei Vision will be available before Christmas via Phones4U, for free on plans starting at “about £25” per month.
The Vision runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and features a 3.7 inch display, 3D UI, HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, 5MP rear camera with 720p video recording, and a 1GHz single-core processor.
The Huawei MediaPad tablet will only be released in the UK in early 2012 for prices starting at £275 (€320) before VAT.
The MediaPad runs Android 3.2 Honeycomb, and has a 7 inch display, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, HDMI port, 5MP rear camera, and a 1.3MP front-facing camera. There will be two versions of the Huawei MediaPad: one with HSPA + Wi-Fi, and one with Wi-Fi only.
