Samsung Galaxy Nexus pre-orders to start on November 21 in Canada

Bell and Virgin Mobile have already unveiled that they would launch the Samsung Galaxy Nexus in Canada sometime in December. However, the two carriers currently don’t take pre-orders for the handset.

So, what if you do want to pre-order the new Nexus? Well, you’ll be able to do it starting Monday, November 21. Not at Bell or Virgin, but at Future Shop, which announced that all its 150 stores across Canada would offer the superphone for pre-order starting that day.

Future Shop didn’t say how much it’s going to ask for the world’s first Android 4.0 ICS device, but it did mention that it plans to launch it in early December.

As reported yesterday, Rogers and Telus will offer the Galaxy Nexus in Canada, too, but only starting January 2012.

As for the US market, we still don’t have any official word on when Verizon is planning to launch the new Android device – but it might not happen before the end of this month.

WTF Google, what the hell are you waiting for to release the date in the US?

Verizon is waiting for the rest of the world to get theirs first.  They want to be the last to offer the phone.

So far they are doing very well.
