Motorola Xoom 2 and Xoom 2 Media Edition launched in France
By Florin on 18 Nov 11Already confirmed for the UK and Ireland, Motorola’s two latest dual-core Android Honeycomb tablets – the Xoom 2 and Xoom 2 Media Edition – have been announced in France, too.
According to Motorola, the new Xoom tablets will be available in France at the following locations: Darty, FNAC, Cdiscount, and Surcouf.
For now, only Surcouf has priced the two tablets: €436.93 (Xoom 2), and €379.95 (Xoom 2 Media Edition).
There’s no word on when exactly French customers will be able to actually buy the Xooms, but it’s probably going to happen before the end of this month.
The Motorola Xoom 2 and Xoom 2 Media Edition should be also launched in the US (by Verizon), but there aren’t any official details on this for the moment.
