Canada: Samsung Galaxy Nexus officially arriving on December 8 (at Bell and Virgin Mobile)
Bell has officially announced the launch date of its Samsung Galaxy Nexus: December 8. Together with its subsidiary Virgin Mobile, Bell will become the first to sell the new Android Ice Cream Sandwich superphone in Canada.
Both Bell and Virgin Mobile will offer the Galaxy Nexus for $159 with a new 3-yr contract agreement. As of today, you can pre-order the handset here at Bell, or here at Virgin.
December 8 is also the latest rumored launch date for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus in the US, where Verizon will be the first to have it.
Customers in the UK can already buy the Galaxy Nexus, and it looks like those in Australia should be able to do it, too, starting later this week.
