Unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus can be ordered in Canada, should ship in a few days
Not long after it was released in the US, the unlocked version of Samsung’s Galaxy Nexus is now available for ordered in Canada, too.
Expansys Canada is asking a hefty $829.99 for the world’s first Android Ice Cream Sandwich handset, saying that “stock usually ships in 3 days” – although those who order “before 3pm CST today can expect shipment in 5 working days.”
In any of the two cases, you should receive the Galaxy Nexus earlier than December 8 – when Bell and Virgin Mobile are going to officially launch it in Canada (for as low as $159.99 on contract).
For now, only the 16GB edition of the Galaxy Nexus can be ordered at Expansys Canada. The 32GB one is also listed, but you can only pre-order it (and there’s no price available – it will be higher than $829.99 anyway).
