Nokia Lumia 800 can be pre-ordered now in India
Nokia’s first Windows Phone Mango handset, the Lumia 800, is now closer to Indian consumers, as Nokia Stores across India are taking pre-orders for it.
Moreover, one of Nokia India’s official websites is also letting customers book the new device.
According to Fone Arena, you have to “pay a small advance” (1,000 to 2,000 INR) to reserve your Lumia 800, which should become available “in the next 10 days.” It looks like Nokia hasn’t decided on the final price of the 800 yet, but this should be around 30,000 INR ($585).
As for the Nokia Lumia 710 – the company’s cheaper Windows Phone Mango offering – this will reportedly be released in India in January 2012 (despite the fact that, initially, it was supposed to arrive at the same time with the Lumia 800).
