3G Sony Tablet S launched in the UK
The Sony Tablet S with Android Honeycomb has been available in the UK since September, but only in 16GB and 32GB Wi-Fi versions. Now a 3G-capable Tablet S can be also bought, and it’s obviously more expensive than the Wi-Fi-only ones.
The 3G Tablet S has 16GB of internal memory (there’s no 32GB version – not for now at least), and costs £449 (about €522 or $700).
If that’s too much for you, the Tablet S 16GB Wi-Fi is only £349, while the Tablet S 32GB Wi-Fi is £429. You can find all three tablets here at Sony UK.
Running Android Honeycomb, the Sony Tablet S features a dual-core Nvidia Tegra 2 processor, 1GB of RAM, 9.4 inch display with 1280 x 800 pixels, 5MP rear camera, and VGA front-facing camera.
