Verizon’s Motorola Droid Razr gets a software update
It’s been only a month or so since the Motorola Droid Razr has been launched by Verizon, and now the smartphone is getting its first software update.
The update obviously doesn’t bring Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (this will come next year), but some enhancements and bug fixes, including: improved 3G and 4G connectivity, improved camera quality, improved overall stability, and updated group message notification.
More details on the software update are available here at Verizon (PDF file).
The Motorola Droid Razr is currently sold by Verizon in both black and white, for $299.99 on contract.Of course, some retailers (like Amazon) are offering the Razr for considerably less.
