Pink Samsung Galaxy S II can be pre-ordered now in the UK
Already released in South Korea and Sweden, the pink version of Samsung’s Galaxy S II is now ready to be launched in the UK, too.
Retailer Very.co.uk is asking £499 (about $760) for a SIM-free Galaxy S II in pink, saying it’s expecting to honor orders “within 7 days.”
Phones4U lets you pre-order the pink S II on contract, for prices starting at £21.50 per month (on O2). It doesn’t say when it will ship the handset, though.
Aside from the pink case, the new Samsung Galaxy S II is not different from the black and white versions, thus it comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, TouchWiz UI, HSPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, 8MP rear camera with 1080p video recording, 2MP front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and 16GB of internal memory.
