Samsung Galaxy S III may arrive in April with HD screen, 12 MP camera, Android 4.0, great battery life

The Mobile World Congress will be held in Barcelona at the end of next month. That’s almost certainly when and where Samsung will officially announce the Galaxy S III, its flagship smartphone for this year. So far, we’ve heard a few rumblings about this device here and there, but interestingly it hasn’t been leaked nearly as much as some competing smartphones, although we may have gotten the first image/render picturing it (which you can see below) a week ago.

But now that MWC is fast approaching, we’re beginning to see more and more info make it into the open. Today, for example, famous Russian journalist Eldar Murtazin gave us loads of hints about the Galaxy S III’s specs via Twitter. While there isn’t one tweet that says it all, and he barely mentions the fact that he’s speaking about the Galaxy S III, the fact is pretty obvious.

So, according to Mr. Murtazin, the Samsung Galaxy S III will be in stores in April (and will indeed be unveiled at MWC). It will come with:

And that’s about it. Of course you should take all of this with a grain of salt. But whether these allegations are true or not we’re going to find out for sure pretty soon – in just over a month. So stay tuned.
