Verizon’s Motorola Droid 4 to be launched on February 9?
We all know that the Motorola Droid 4 should be released pretty soon, although Verizon didn’t announce an exact launch date for the new smartphone.
If we’re to believe Droid-life (which is usually a reliable source), Verizon is currently planning to introduce the Droid 4 on February 9 – next Thursday. As previously reported, the Droid 4 should cost $199.99 on contract, $100 less than the Motorola Droid Razr Maxx, which was released on January 26.
In case you don’t know yet, the Motorola Droid 4 features Android Gingerbread (upgradeable to Android Ice Cream Sandwich), a 4 inch qHD Gorilla Glass display, sliding QWERTY keyboard, LTE connectivity, 8MP rear camera, HD front-facing camera, 1GB of RAM, and a 1.2GHz dual-core processor.
