Canada: Samsung Galaxy Nexus hits Videotron on February 8, HTC Radar goes to SaskTel soon
As we heard before, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is going to be sold by Videotron in Canada too, alongside basically every other carrier. With Wind and Mobilicity starting sales these days, Videotron doesn’t want to be left far behind. So it will release the newest ‘pure Google’ phone on February 8, which is next Wednesday.
Videotron didn’t out any pricing details just yet, saying that it will make all the necessary announcements on launch day itself, but promising to have competitive rates. We’ll see.
Also in Canada, the HTC Radar is on its way to SaskTel too. Videotron is also getting ready to launch this midrange second-generation Windows Phone device, as we found out last month.
Unfortunately, SaskTel is keeping the release date and price for the Radar close to its chest at the moment. But if that’s your carrier of choice and you’ve been meaning to pick up a new Windows Phone, soon you’ll be able to do just that. We’ll keep you posted.
