White Samsung Galaxy Nexus officially announced, hits the streets in the UK on February 13
The white Samsung Galaxy Nexus got semi-official last month when it went on pre-order at several retailers in the UK. But despite that, it is only today that Samsung decided to actually put out a press release announcing the new device.
It is, of course, identical to its black sibling. It looks like it will also come in two versions, one with 16 GB of built-in storage, the other with double that space. So for all intents and purposes, the only difference here is the color. And even that isn’t 100% new, since, as you can see from the image below, it’s not all-white unfortunately.
Still, it’s a lot whiter than the black Galaxy Nexus, and that alone will probably please many of you. The official release date is February 13, which is next Monday (one week from today) and conveniently the day before Valentine’s Day. So Samsung clearly expects many people to buy it for a loved one.
