Verizon Motorola Droid 4 available now
As expected, today Verizon has finally launched the Motorola Droid 4, which is now available for $199.99 on contract, or $549.99 off contract.
The Motorola Droid 4 is Verizon’s second LTE handset to come with a sliding QWERTY keyboard (after the Samsung Stratosphere). It runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread (upgradeable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich), and features a 4 inch qHD Gorilla Glass display, 1GB of RAM, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 8MP rear camera with 1080p video recording, 1.3MP front-facing camera, 16GB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support.
You can go here at Verizon to buy the Droid 4.
Other LTE smartphones that are available at Verizon for $199 are: HTC Rezound, LG Spectrum, and Motorola Droid Razr 16GB (but these don’t have hardware keyboards).
