New Samsung Brightside QWERTY phone lands at Verizon tomorrow

The Galaxy Tab 7.7 isn’t the only new Samsung device that Verizon will release tomorrow, March 1. The largest US carrier will also have a QWERTY phone for its customers: the Samsung Brightside.

The Brightside comes with a full QWERTY keyboard, a 3.1 inch HVGA display, Facebook and Twitter integration, document viewer (including PDF and Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and a 3.2MP camera.

Verizon will sell the Samsung Brightside for $99.99 on contract, after a $50 mail-in rebate. That’s an unjustified price, considering that for the same amount of money you can get an Android smartphone – like the Samsung Stratosphere (which also has a QWERTY keyboard, plus LTE, a 4 inch Super AMOLED display, and a 5MP camera).

I am looking to sell my brand new samsung eternity and I have no idea
how much to sell if for. The phone is in perfect working order and still
has the protective plastic over the screen and edges.

NO ITS NOT AN UNJUSTIFIED PRICE. SMARPHONES ADD $30 TO YOUR BILL, SO THEY ARE OVERALL MORE EXPENSIVE AND THEY SHOULD SINCE THEY DO MUCH MORE
