Sprint’s Samsung Galaxy Nexus to be released on April 22, LG Viper on April 15?

Sprint has yet to officially announce when its first two LTE smartphones – the Galaxy Nexus and LG Viper – are going to be launched.

However, if we’re to believe a Walmart internal document obtained by The Verge, both handsets will be out this month.

The first among the two to hit the shelves should be the LG Viper, on April 15, coming with Android 2.3 Gingerbread, a 4 inch WVGA display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, and a 5MP rear camera. One week later, on April 22, the Samsung Galaxy Nexus should also be released. As you already know, the Galaxy Nexus runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, and features a 4.65 inch Super AMOLED HD (1280 x 720) display. Unlike the Galaxy Nexus that’s already available at Verizon, Sprint’s version might have a 1.5GHz dual-core processor.

Another LTE Android smartphone that’s coming to Sprint soon is the HTC Jet (aka Evo One). This is supposed to arrive on June 10. We’ll bring more on Sprint’s upcoming LTE handsets as soon as we have new info.
