Verizon Samsung Galaxy Nexus drops to $49.99 with new contract
Forget about Sprint’s pricing for its upcoming Samsung Galaxy Nexus. Yes, the Now Network has undercut Verizon’s pricing by a full $100. But if you just can’t wait for Sprint to launch the Galaxy Nexus and must have one now (or simply don’t like Sprint), here’s something for you.
You can now get Verizon’s GNex for just $49.99. Yes, with a two-year contract. Yes, for new customers only. Still, that’s feature phone pricing territory. And it’s $50 cheaper than the last cheapest offer for this superphone.
If you’re interested, head over to Wirefly and order yours. It’s unclear how long this offer will last, so get your Galaxy Nexus as soon as possible if you don’t want to see that price go back up.
Upgrade pricing is set at $149.99. That’s a lot more than $49.99, but it’s still significantly less than what Verizon itself asks for both new customers as well as upgrades. So keep that in mind.
