Verizon HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE appears at Droid Does site, priced at $299.99
Verizon is about to launch the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE. That has become obvious today, since details about the device have made it to Verizon’s Droid Does promo site. Renders of the phone, alongside a quick rundown of some specs, and complimentary marketing speak – they’re all there.
The new Droid Incredible has even been priced. It will cost $299.99 with a new two-year contract. Now all that’s left for Verizon to do is actually announce this handset. And make that ‘Buy Now’ link point to something other than the Droid RAZR MAXX (which is what it does now).
The Droid Incredible 4G LTE will have a 4″ qHD (540×960) Super LCD touchscreen, a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, an 8 MP rear camera with 1080p Full HD video recording, a secondary front-facing camera for video calls, 1 GB of RAM, Beats Audio, 4G LTE (obviously), and it will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
Back in March, we heard that the Droid Incredible 4G would arrive in stores on April 26. Now that we’re just three days away from that date, it’s looking pretty likely. Recently, the HTC Rezound’s price was cut by Verizon all the way down to $49.99, which we then speculated was a move designed to make place for the Droid Incredible 4G in Verizon’s high-end lineup. And it turns out that was the case indeed. We’ll let you know when you’ll be able to pre-order the new HTC Android smartphone from Big Red.
