Verizon’s HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE possibly delayed until July

Bad news for those who’ve been waiting for the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE to arrive at Verizon: although the handset was initially supposed to be released on June 21, that didn’t happen. And now we’re haring it won’t be launched this month at all.

Droid-life ha received word that the Incredible 4G LTE has been delayed until July, and could finally hit the shelves on July 5. Of course, until Verizon officially confirms this, we can’t be sure of anything.

Expected to cost $149.99 on contract, the HTC Droid Incredible 4G LTE will come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, a 4 inch S-LCD screen with 960 x 540 pixels, Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS, Beats Audio, 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory, MicroSD card support, 8MP rear camera, and a 1.3MP front-facing camera.

There won’t be any new phones for Verizon until after June 28th just a guess but that is when unlimited data plans will go away.
Unless you pay full price for the phone.
If you get a subsidised price than you have to choose there new shared data plan.

you don’t have to choose their new shared data plans but you have to choose a limited data plan. It is unfortunate that we have to lose unlimited data but really i don’t use more than 2gb during a regular month, i only wish i could have caught the 4gb when they had that promotion.

Awful suspicious that a new update was installed on my Incredible 2 this week that has changed some of my features. The tech I spoke to at Verizon stated that they are not fixable unless I choose to upgrade. The whole things smacks of a produced timeline to MAKE us embrace the new pricing structure and plans. My fondness of Verizon (after 10 plus years) is slipping fast!
