Samsung Galaxy S III and Note 10.1 officially getting Android 4.1 Jelly Bean “very soon”
While announcing the new Galaxy Note II, Samsung has also discussed about some of its slightly older Android handsets, namely the Galaxy S III and the Galaxy Note 10.1. More exactly, the company said that these would be updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean “very soon.”
Of course, we already knew that Jelly Bean for the S III and Note 10.1 was on its way. But it’s always nice to see something truly confirmed.
Samsung didn’t say when the original 5.3 inch Galaxy Note would get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, but an update for it is definitely coming, too. As you probably already know, the new 5.5 inch Note II will run Jelly Bean from day one.
