Acer CloudMobile now available in the UK for £289.99
By Vlad Bobleanta on 01 Oct 12The Acer CloudMobile is finally available in the UK. It can be yours for £289.99 SIM-free and unlocked. That’s £5 more than the pre-order price, but we’re assuming the difference won’t be a problem for anyone.
It’s good to see the CloudMobile in stock somewhere, after it was first announced back in February during MWC. It was supposed to be out on September 5, but that didn’t happen. Yet here it is almost a month later than that, and almost eight months after it was unveiled. This could be a textbook case of ‘better late than never’.
Aside from its obvious good looks, the CloudMobile sports some neat specs too. It has a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor, a 4.3-inch 720p HD touchscreen, 1 GB of RAM, an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash, 8 GB of built-in storage, and microSD support. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
