Google LG Nexus 4 available for pre-order in the UK
Although it hasn’t been officially announced by Google, the LG Nexus 4 can be already pre-ordered in the UK. And it’s not a shady retailer that’s offering the handset, but Carphone Warehouse.
According to Carphone, customers who pre-order the Nexus 4 now will receive it on October 30 – hence one day after its expected announcement. The new smartphone can be yours for free on plans starting at £31 per month. The price for a SIM-free unit isn’t listed. You can order it here.
Carphone Warehouse seems to confirm the features of the Nexus 4: 4.7 inch display with 1280 x 768 pixels and Gorilla Glass 2, NFC, quad-core Snapdragon processor, 2GB of RAM, and an 8MP rear camera. The retailer says the handset runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, and comes with only 8GB of memory.
