Verizon announces Windows Phone 8X by HTC in exclusive black and red colors
Just yesterday, we told you that Verizon would launch three Windows Phone 8 devices in the US before the end of the year: HTC 8X, Nokia Lumia 822, and Samsung Ativ Odyssey.
Now Verizon has reconfirmed this, adding that its HTC 8X (previously leaked as HTC Accord) would be available in exclusive black and red colors, as well as in blue. The handset will cost $199.99 on contract, and customers should be able to buy it starting “the coming weeks.”
As for the Nokia Lumia 822, this will be also out in the coming weeks, costing $99.99 on contract. The price of the Samsung Ativ Odyssey hasn’t bee unveiled, but we know that the smartphone (which is most probably similar to the Ativ S) will be launched in December.
