Archos 80 Cobalt gets unveiled with dual-core CPU and 8″ screen
Archos has added yet another Android tablet to its roster today, the Archos 80 Cobalt. As its name implies, this is an 8-inch tablet. It comes with some decent specs, but unfortunately no official pricing information just yet. Still, this being Archos we’re talking about, it should be a very affordable device, and ARCTABLET says it will be sold for €149. We’ll see.
The Archos 80 Cobalt has 1024×768 screen resolution, a dual-core 1.6 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of built-in storage space, microSD card support, a 2 MP rear camera, a 0.3 MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, and a 4,000 mAh battery.
Its dimensions are 153.5 x 203 x 11.5 mm, and it weighs 470 g. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
