Archos 80 Cobalt gets unveiled with dual-core CPU and 8″ screen
By Vlad Bobleanta on 31 Oct 12Archos has added yet another Android tablet to its roster today, the Archos 80 Cobalt. As its name implies, this is an 8-inch tablet. It comes with some decent specs, but unfortunately no official pricing information just yet. Still, this being Archos we’re talking about, it should be a very affordable device, and ARCTABLET says it will be sold for €149. We’ll see.
The Archos 80 Cobalt has 1024×768 screen resolution, a dual-core 1.6 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB of built-in storage space, microSD card support, a 2 MP rear camera, a 0.3 MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi, and a 4,000 mAh battery.
Its dimensions are 153.5 x 203 x 11.5 mm, and it weighs 470 g. It runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
