White LG Nexus 4 launching in the UK in December?

While Carphone Warehouse may have listed a white version of Google’s LG Nexus 4 in error, another British company – namely TalkTalk – is now saying that the handset is coming soon in white.

TalkTalk (which is an MVNO that uses Vodafone’s network) expects the white Nexus 4 to be in stock starting December 13, but it’s taking pre-orders for it only as bundle with the Google Nexus 7 tablet. Both Android Jelly Bean devices are offered for free on plans starting at £30 per month (24 month contract required). You can also choose monthly plans at £35 and £45 – these obviously giving you more minutes, texts, and data.

Of course, Google has not officially acknowledged the existence of a white LG Nexus 4. Until it does, if you want to get the black version of the handset, this can be purchased in the UK unlocked via Google Play, for £239 (8GB edition).

Released last month as the world’s first smartphone to run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, the LG Nexus 4 features a 4.7 inch IPS Plus display with 1280 x 768 pixels, NFC, quad-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon processor with Adreno 320 GPU, 2GB of RAM, 8MP rear camera with Led flash, 1.3MP front-facing camera, and a 2,100 mAh battery.
