Nokia Lumia 920 and Lumia 820 launching in Asia next week
ePrice reports that Nokia has officially presented the 920 and 820 in Hong Kong today, and both handsets will be available for purchase there starting November 28. The Lumia 920 will be sold for 5,598 HKD (about 722 USD). The Lumia 820 will be cheaper, of course: 4,398 HKD, meaning about 567 USD.
In the improbable case you don’t know already, the Lumia 920 is Nokia’s flagship smartphone for 2012 (and early 2013). Its features include a 4.5 inch IPS Pure Motion HD+ display with 1280 x 768 pixels and Gorilla Glass 2, 8.7MP PureView rear camera (the best you’ll find in any phone at the moment), 1.3MP front-facing camera, dual band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, and a 2,000 mAh battery.
The Lumia 820 only has a 4.3 inch WVGA display, plus an 8MP non-PureView rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal memory.
As previously reported, a slightly different version of the Lumia 920 will be released in China starting December, via China Mobile. This is called Lumia 920T, and comes with TD-LTE connectivity, plus Adreno 320 graphics.
