BlackBerry Q10 coming soon to the UK

While the BlackBerry Z10 is already widely available in the UK (and should be introduced in the US before the end of the month), the Q10 can’t be purchased anywhere in the world at the moment.

But the Q10 is also headed to the UK, that’s for sure. We don’t know exactly when, though. However, The Carphone House is currently listing the handset as “coming soon”, so it might happen next month (or maybe in May?).

There are no hints on how much the Q10 is going to cost in the UK. In any case, its price shouldn’t be higher than the one of the BlackBerry Z10, which is currently offered for around £510 (without contract).

BlackBerry Q10 UK coming soon

The BlackBerry Q10 shares many of its features with the Z10, but, of course, it comes with a full QWERTY keyboard and a 3.1 inch display (720 x 720 pixels) – instead of the Z10’s larger 4.2 inch HD display. That aside, the Q10 obviously runs BlackBerry OS 10, featuring LTE, HSDPA, NFC, dual band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, 8MP rear camera with LED flash, front-facing camera, dual-core 1.5GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory, MicroSD card support (up to 64GB), and a 2,100 mAh battery. The handset weighs 139 grams, and measures 119.6 x 66.8 x 10.4 mm.
