Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini has four versions (dual SIM, LTE included). Galaxy Note 8.0 coming to AT&T?
Seen for the first time a few days ago in some leaked photos showing it next to the big Galaxy S4, Samsung’s Galaxy S4 Mini apparently has four different versions.
Alongside the model number I9190 (confirmed by said photos), the S4 Mini also has the following model numbers: I9192 (dual SIM), I9195 (LTE), and I9198 (for China Mobile). Reportedly, all four versions have been mentioned on one of Samsung’s official websites.
The Galaxy S4 Mini could be launched in June or July. It’s going to run Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, featuring a 4.3 inch display with 960 x 540 pixels, and a dual-core 1.6GHz processor. The rest of its features are not known at the moment.
Another new Android Jelly Bean from Samsung is the Galaxy Note 8.0. This, of course, has been already announced, but it’s not clear exactly when and where it’s going to be available. However, it looks like AT&T might launch it in the US – with the model number SGH-I467. According to the Bluetooth SIG, the SGH-I467 and GT-N5120 are variations of the same device. Since N5120 is the model number of the LTE-capable Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, it’s likely that the second largest US mobile carrier will release it (as SGH-I4xx certainly denotes an AT&T-bound device). We’ll bring more details on this as we get them.
