Samsung Galaxy S4 sold with free Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 in the UK (limited offer)
Expected to be available in the UK on April 26, the Samsung Galaxy S4 will come with a few surprises – at least at Carphone Warehouse.
The well-known British retailer will accept pre-orders for the new Galaxy flagship starting tomorrow, March 28. All those who pre-order the handset will get a free accessory bundle (including car charger, protective case, and screen protector), while the first 2,000 are getting a free Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 each. Not the latest and greatest tablet, that’s for sure, but it’s still a very nice offer.
More details are available here at Carphone Warehouse. The retailer didn’t unveil the price of the S4, but we know it should sell it both on contract, and SIM-free (possibly for around £520).
As reported not long ago, the UK-bound Galaxy S4 will come with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, not with Samsung’s own Exynos 5 Octa CPU. That aside, the handset will offer Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, a 5 inch Super AMOLED Full HD display, Samsung Smart Scroll, NFC, 2MP front-facing camera, 13MP rear camera, 2,600 mAh battery, 16GB / 32GB / 64GB of internal memory, and MicroSD card support.
In the US, the S4 might not be available starting April, but only from May (it’s true that we’re talking about the very first day of May).
