BlackBerry Z10 for AT&T and Verizon can now be yours for just $99.99

Here’s a great deal in case you’d like to purchase a BlackBerry Z10. The first device to run the new BlackBerry 10 operating system has been available for a while now, but all the carriers are asking you for $199.99 if you want to get one.

However, now there’s a way to effectively get a Z10 at half that price. That’s because Amazon is offering it to you for just $99.99. This applies only to AT&T’s and Verizon’s BlackBerry Z10 models, and you will still need to sign a new two-year contract with one of those carriers in order to take advantage of this offer. But this is how things usually are when we’re talking about cheap mobile gear.

One final caveat to note: the $99.99 price is only valid for new customers. In case you already have a contract with AT&T, and are looking to upgrade your existing hardware, you’ll have to pay $149.99 for the Z10. Not bad, considering you’re still saving $50, by the way. If it’s Verizon you’re with and want an upgrade to the BlackBerry Z10, you’ll have to shell out $139.99.
