AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 will be in stores on April 27, pre-orders start shipping on April 25
AT&T has been taking pre-orders for its version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 for almost a week now, but so far there was no word on when the carrier would actually launch this highly anticipated smartphone.
That will happen on April 27, as it turns out. This is the date starting on which you’ll be able to find the Galaxy S4 in AT&T stores nationwide. Just in case you’re wondering, that’s this coming Saturday.
If you were one of those who pre-ordered the Galaxy S4 from AT&T, you should know that the carrier expects the first pre-ordered handsets to be delivered as soon as April 25 – which is this Thursday. So if you were among the first people to pre-order, you might get your very own Galaxy S4 in two short days.
Otherwise, you’ll need to wait a little more. Keep in mind though that not all pre-orders will be shipped at the same time, so you may get lucky, or you may not. As of now, the AT&T website lists April 30 as the date for when pre-orders will be shipped, which is a bit disappointing considering it will be in stores three days earlier. So if you haven’t already pre-ordered, maybe it’s best not to – and just go to a store on Saturday to pick up your Galaxy S4 on AT&T.
