US Cellular Samsung Galaxy S4 available online tomorrow, in stores on April 30
Quick – who’s the carrier that will have the Samsung Galaxy S4 available to order first? If your guess was either AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, or T-Mobile, you’re wrong. The correct answer is US Cellular. Yes, the smaller company somehow managed this feat and is getting ready to have the newest superphone on sale tomorrow.
This, however, only applies to online orders. So if you want a Galaxy S4 from US Cellular, you’ll be able to order it online tomorrow, and then if you’re lucky get it delivered the day after. Which is April 27, incidentally the day when AT&T starts its in-store sales.
If for some reason you must purchase your Galaxy S4 from an actual brick and mortar US Cellular store, you’ll need to wait until this coming Tuesday, April 30, to do so.
Pre-orders will start shipping tomorrow. So if you wanted to be among the first people in the US to have an S4 and thus pre-ordered one at US Cellular, you will probably be just that – one of the first to get it.
Maybe the fact that it’s smaller than the other carriers helped US Cellular in this situation. Since it probably ordered way less Galaxy S4s than any of the ‘big four’, its batches could have been more easily available, whereas T-Mobile and Sprint have had to delay their launches ever so slightly.
