New Nokia Lumia 920 ad makes fun of Apple and Samsung’s Galaxy line
Ever since it launched the Lumia 920 last year, Nokia has tried to lure possible customers with the fact that this handset would allow them to be different from all those iPhone and Samsung Galaxy users out there.
The latest Lumia 920 ad, posted over at the official Windows Phone YouTube channel, continues to suggest that you’d be wise to choose the 920 over the competition.
The ad is certainly entertaining, criticizing fanboyism, and trying to make fun of features like Galaxy’s S Beam function or Apple’s Siri, ultimately advising people to switch to Windows Phone 8. Here, check it out for yourself:
Since it’s not the latest smartphone around, the Nokia Lumia 920 can be currently bought for less than, say, the brand new Samsung Galaxy S4. In the US, AT&T is offering the 920 for $99.99 on contract.
One of the greatest features of the Lumia 920 is its 8MP Carl Zeiss camera, which includes PureView technology for taking high-quality photos. That aside, the handset comes with a 4.5 inch PureMotion HD+ IPS display (1280 x 768 pixels), LTE, NFC, dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm MSM8960 Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of internal memory, MicroSD card support, and a 2,100 mAh battery.
Next month, on May 14, Nokia is going to announce at least one new Lumia device – possibly the Lumia 928, or the Nokia Catwalk.
