Blue Samsung Galaxy S4 spotted in Japan. S4 Mini appears in live photos
While the Samsung Galaxy S III is available in no less than six color versions (Pebble blue, Marble white, Sapphire black, Amber brown, Titanium grey and Garnet red), the new Galaxy S4 can be purchased just in black, or white. These are the only colors announced by Samsung for its latest flagship smartphone – but that doesn’t mean there won’t be new ones.
An “arctic blue” Galaxy S4 has been spotted in NTT DoCoMo promo materials, which suggest the handset should be launched in the coming weeks in Japan, alongside the black and white editions. By all means, we should expect the blue S4 to be introduced in other markets around the world at some point. And why not, other colors, too.
Meanwhile, the unannounced Galaxy S4 Mini has appeared again in some live photos. These reconfirm what we’ve previously reported about the smartphone: it’s basically a smaller S4, coming with a 4.3 inch qHD AMOLED display.
Samsung might officially unveil the Galaxy S4 Mini before the end of this month – at about the same time with the waterproof Galaxy S4 Active, and the Galaxy S4 Zoom (with a 16MP camera and optical zoom).
